Jason Richardson goes to the land of the Suns

I really couldn’t believe that Phoenix traded Raja Bell and Boris Diaw for Jason Richardson. When Jason Richardson played in an uptempo system in Golden State his game suffered and his points went down from 23 to 16. I really think that Toronto missed out on not picking him up in the summer and instead opted to trade for Jermaine O’neal who has been a disappointment for them so far. Back to Suns and this acquisition of Jason Richardson, what the hell are you thinking.ou have.  Your team has decided to start running again and you pick up a player who struggled in a run and gun system? Good job Steve Kerr, you really do some great research before trading your best defensive player in Raja Bell for a player who doesn’t play well in a run and gun system.

Both the Bobcats and the Suns will be without their newly acquired players tonight because they need to go through physicals before they are allowed to play on a new team. The Suns somehow where able to keep it competitive without Bell, Diaw and Shaq in the lineup. They lost by 5 points but they were actually running a little more than usual and scored 110 points tonight. Who knows if Richardson will play well with the Suns but that lineup tonight of Nash,Barnes,Hill,Amare and Lopez played well and put points on the board which what everyone was missing.
